Reflection

          4^th Quarter, the last stage of my life here in Ilocos Sur National High School. Even if it’s the finale there is still pressure. Projects and other requirements are still worrying us every day.

          But behind these hard tasks we’ve gone through, there is still some that I consider as one of the most memorable experiences I had in my high school life. It might be weird for others but we didn’t mind them anymore, for we believe that we have the same goal, it is to have fun and enjoy.

          Yes, I admit it’s not easy to bid farewell to the institution that molded me into an individual that I am today. A more matured person.

          I will never forget this school, even upon entering the gate of the school, I will remember the sweet memories I had with my classmates, friends and mentors.

My Dream, My Future

          As the stars are shining brightly on the darkest hours of the night, I’m there staring at the beautiful sky. Thinking about my future. Will I be happy? Will I be successful in my life to come? Will I enjoy the latter part of my life? All these are running through my mind. Questions that need an immediate answer.

        Time flies so fast, while we are still young, we have to do our best in order to be successful in life. We have to make wise decisions so that we will not regret on anything in the near future.

        Every one of us has his/her own dreams in life. Well it’s not bad to dream even as high as the clouds up in the sky but we all need to put our dreams into action. Striving hard is one of the things that we should do in order to achieve our goals in life.

        We must always remember that we are the bosses of our own selves; if we want to succeed we must do something for it. We are only the ones that can manipulate and control ourselves. Actions and right decisions are the key to a productive future.

Change, Starts with Me

“Nobody is perfect”. That’s what almost every one of us believes. Yes, no one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes. It’s just normal for us humans to commit mistakes. Some are done because of wrong decisions and some are done because of uncertainties and doubts.

       Buts as we go through these trials in our lives, we come to think and realize that every wrong decision will create a big effect on our lives. Whether we like it or not, it still happens for a reason. And that reason is to make us understand the real happenings around us.

Change… this is what we all need. This is what we need to do. We are only the ones that can control our own selves same is through with change, it only starts with us. Nobody can change us, only we can do it. It’s not yet the end, so we still have time to change. We should not wait ‘til the day that God will get the life we just borrowed from Him. C-H-A-N-G-E. It’s the only solution.

NEW YEAR, NEW ME

Throw away all bad memories and face a new beginning. Every New Year that’s what I always hear from many people. Which is very true, but let us not forget that these bad memories will remind us to be very wise in every decision that we will make.

It’s already a New Year which means a new beginning for all of us. Bad attitudes, bad way of thinking, bad treatment to our fellow people. All of these things must be thrown away.

After all the tragic phenomena that the Philippines has gone through, it showed that there are still many kind- hearted people all over the world.

Yes, I still believe in New Year’s resolutions but sometimes, I myself could not do it. But this time, I’ll surely put my words into actions. I must do what I have to do. Time is really precious so now that we still have time we have to make sure that we have done all things right.

We’ll never know, maybe tomorrow God will take the life that we have borrowed. We should be ready for that time.  Now we have to do everything and when God will take us, we’ll never be scared.

New year, new me… that don’t mean that you’ll change your look, it means new in the inside.

A Grading Worth Remembering

       As I opened my eyes from one of these days, I realized the real meaning of the word TIME. Time is really very precious, more precious than any diamond and platinum in the whole wide world. When it’s still early we never mind anything because we believe that there are still lots of time but as time pass by we’ll realize its importance.

       Now, I am craving for time, time that was once disregarded. I thought that it would be easy for me to adjust but I didn't expect that it will be very hard. More or less two months we’ll soon leave ISNHS, we’ll soon separate from each other. We may stay in the same school but I’m sure that it’ll be different but all the memories that we've shared together will never fade away.

      

       3^rd Quarter is over but it’ll still be remembered because of all the memorable happenings I thought would never happen in my whole life. First, I felt something different within me, something unexpected and I really don’t know why but that didn't just end there I feel very proud of my achievements, I feel very proud.

       But because of these activities and contests I was not able to cope up with my ACAD. Every day, I am almost out all of the time. There are many things that I've missed, all the happiness in and out of the room. Nevertheless, two months is still a long long way to go.

We consider Christmas as the encounter, the great encounter, the historical encounter, the decisive encounter, between God and mankind. He who has faith knows this truly; let him rejoice.

Christmas is not merely merry-making, foods, gifts and everything. The main reason why we are celebrating this season is because it’s the birth of Jesus Christ, our savior. And all he wants for his birthday is for us to remember the real meaning of this season. Love and forgiveness are only some of the things that we may give to our loved ones and friends to make them happy. He is the reason why we are celebrating this season.

So love, forgive and share happiness to all the people who are in need without expecting any exchange, surely God will be very happy on his birthday.
